Stand For Christ Jesus
I have concern, not only for this nation, but for other nations as well. I have seen the devil act in people, speak through people, and lead people away from God and into darkness. I have seen the devil steal opportunity, ruin marriages, ruin friendships, and the lives of good people that love God. We were warned in 1 Peter 5:8-9 that the devil seeks men and women of God, and will attempt to destroy them.
1 Peter 5:8-9
8. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 9. Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
The devil attacks those who believe in Christ Jesus. The devil does not want people to believe in Christ Jesus, always seeking ways to make people doubt the existence of God and Christ Jesus. Therefore, we must always make a conscious choice to represent Christ Jesus. Christ Jesus warns us not to be afraid to stand for Jesus, and to not be afraid to stand for righteousness, even unto death.
Matthew 10:32-39
32. Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. 33. But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. 34. Think not that I am come to send peace on earth; I came not to send peace, but a sword. 35. For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law. 36. And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household. 37. He that loveth father or mother more than me, is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me, is not worthy of me. 38. And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. 39. He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake, shall find it.
Even in this modern day, in some parts of the world, people are killed for believing in Christ Jesus. Even in this modern day, in some parts of the world, people are killed for owning Bibles. Even in this modern day of advanced technologies, free speech, and world travel, there are people that fight to suppress faith in God, and faith in Christ Jesus.
In the name of Christ Jesus, I pray that God will change the hearts of men leading countries, where Christ Jesus is forbidden. I pray that God will change the hearts of men leading countries, where Gods word, the Holy Bible is forbidden. I pray that God teach people to love, instead of hate. I pray that God lead people that do not have salvation in Christ Jesus, to salvation in Christ Jesus. I pray that Christ Jesus speak to the hearts of people to encourage those who do not believe to believe, and to strengthen those who do already believe. I pray that Jesus speak to the children, while they are still children, and give them faith that lasts their entire lives. I pray that God hear our prayers and know the hearts of those who love him.
